I recently purchased some items which included 3 balls of yarn the double knit (£1) is really soft and lovely to crochet with but the other 2 balls which were mermaid spot dk, and mermaid pink multi i found yes they were very soft but very thin they don't crochet or knit up like double knit it seems more like 4ply so not sure what i am going to do with them, i love my pompom makers they are super and so easy to use, and the buttons i had were also lovely and would buy more of these, as for the yarn i think i will stick to the DK £1 balls.
