i have been a customer for a long time i get my wool from you and i am very pleased with the service and quality of the wool....i am disappointed that your patterns are down loads i know i have ordered them before and i didnt get to use them i forgot and ordered some more which i wont get to use again i know its my fault , but cant you do paper ones for us older generation who are not computer savvy,,
