The wool I ordered (Mermaid Chunky and Marriner's Chunky) is lovely to knit with and the colours were just as described on-line. The service I received was excellent.
I was just a little disappointed to find a knot in one ball, but I gather this happens quite often now (I have only just come back to knitting and crochet after several years doing other things), and as I wind my wool into "cakes" before using this didn't cause a huge problem.
I shall definitely be using this company again.
