I love the yarn but the service was confusing I received a disphash email on the 2nd jan 2015 but In fact my parcel wasn't dispatched untill the 5th when I rang the ladie did say the parcel wasn't sent untill the 5th so overall im quite disappointed in my first experience with yourselves as I expected my parcel earlier due to the dispatch email thanking you maria mc guigan
