I ordered two balls of red Sparkle. What arrived was PLUM coloured yarn. When I contacted you I was told you were right and If I didn't like it I could return it at my cost. Prior to my order I had asked if the yarn was poppy red as I use it to make poppies for the British Legion Charity. No answer but I went ahead and ordered. I have been in touch to say as it is for charity it is not cost effective to send it back so I am stuck with the wrong colour. Very unsatisfied.
