Going to start on a negative, my first order was lost by a certain delivery service and after emailing and sorting out another order I waited just over a week from start off emailing to getting my second order, so that's why only 4 stars and not 5. But now for the positive well packaged and a lovely assortment of colours, looking forward to starting my little projects. Friendly staff and quick to solve problems. Good prices too which is always a bonus
