I was happy with your Customer Service when I gave my order. Always happy with your yarn. However - I am very unhappy about the Knitting Pattern I paid for!! I was supposed to "download" this. I am unable to do this and unable to print it. Why on earth can't you send the pattern. I do not agree with computer patterns and it cost me money.
