I have been a customer of Marriners for a long time and always a lover of there wool and prices, however the review of the product I am asked to review has not shown up and is over two weeks late. After an initial response from Marrinwr of a respond or refund, I chose a respond, I have heard nothing from customers services as to whether this was acceptable and when the order would be dispatched etc. I have written email, left messages via Facebook and Instagram and as yet have not received an answer. I feel this is extremely rude and discourteous to a customer. Even if I changed my mind and asked for a refund would this be answered. I hope this review, something I'm not keen on doing bad mouthing a company, will get me an answer to a simple question my wool or a refund thank you.
