Ordered yarn at approx 10.30am last week, expected same day dispatch as stated on web site, as it was required urgently. I was given no warning that there was a problem with dispatch. After several phone calls being told "yes it's dispatched", next phone call "no it's not"! Finally the most helpful staff member said it was in dispatch but she would recover it and send it "next day delivery" Eventually it arrived on Friday, closely followed by an email from Hermes saying delivery could take up to 10 days!! All in all a very confusing process, no 2 people giving matching information, certainly not up to Marriner standards, even taking Covid into consideration. The yarn, however is up to Marriner quality, at continued good prices. Julie Fahey
