Worst paint job I have ever seen, superglued badge back on when they damaged it while cleaning, mirror cover fell off when driving the car home. Car key didn’t work, parking sensors error, wheel not balanced, cigarette lighter not working, service not updated.
Customer service was the worst, didn’t care, 3 weeks without the car in total, little communication, having to travel back and forth to the garage taking unpaid time off work. Disappointing from a VW approved dealer.
Wish I had read the other reviews of similar stories before, Avoid!
