I ordered my dress and it was poor quality and not suitable - I wanted to return it but there was no paperwork included. I have tried ringing, but there is just a message which directs you to email them. I have emailed several times requesting returns paperwork so that I can process the return, but all emails have been ignored and so I have lost my money. Very frustrated. This Company make me very hesitant about further on-line shopping!
