My item never arrived, which was ordered via Groopie.though on phone they confirmed the order. I had to send countless email,without any joy.
I had ordered this dress for a special occasion, but in the end I was satisfied that it was a big mistake ordering from them. I will keep away from them,there are other companies I will use,as I don't mind paying if I get acceptable service. Finally I will get the refund.
