Having rented through this company in Huddersfield I would recommend AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have just completed the DPS adjudication process as this company were trying to withhold £700 of my £800 deposit. I had to force the issue by obtaining a statutory declaration witnessed by a solicitor as they did not respond within the 14 day period.
On investigation they were awarded £95 and not the £700 they claimed.
Looking at the experiences others have had with Martin and co I would recommend anyone be careful with them.
