Your representative was very nice very clear and easy to talk to. He explained everything that would happen as far as we may have another call regarding medical matters and that we may need to have letters or medical evidence from our GP and it maybe that a medical may be needed but we would be told everything that is done we would be informed and so far so good. I would have put very good but as our application isn't finished yet I can't say if what I was told is going to happen yet.
