I ordered two bowls from mason cash. One arrived with a chip and the other had a major manufacturing fault on the rim. It took three emails and two phone calls to get a response from returns. The lady I communicated with was helpful once I got a response. The bowls were finally returned but it took another prompt by email a week after they were returned to finally get a refund. In all it was about three weeks from order to refund. I wouldn’t order again.
