The little things really do stand out bcoz I randomly messaged support at 2 am thinking theyd reply later, but someone actually wrote me back fast, in 10 mins. i think. Like, who even does that? Very cool to feel genuinely valued like this! Their customer support alone deserve more than 5 stars!
