Terrible Experience with Mayfair Furniture – Avoid at All Costs I had the worst experience ordering from Mayfair Furniture. I spent over £4,000 on tables and chairs, and when we realized the table top we ordered was slightly smaller than what we needed, we wanted to return it. To my surprise, they hit us with a 25% restocking fee and expected us to cover the delivery costs as well! What kind of company punishes their customers with such outrageous fees for a simple return? It’s completely unreasonable and shows a total lack of customer care or flexibility. I feel cheated after spending so much money, only to be treated like this. If you're thinking of ordering from Mayfair Furniture, think twice. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
