I have been impressed so far with the responsiveness of the team. I was worried as my original tenant handed in his notice to leave just two weeks before Christmas yet somehow the MBM team managed to find a new tenant to move in just a week later (right before Christmas) so I was not left having to cover any mortgage payments. Whenever I speak to the team they are very helpful.
