We've now been renting a house from MBM for over a year and from the initial viewing to a problem with the heating last week they've been great! While completing the application and getting the right information for them the lady was always really helpful and friendly, even after my 20th question! Since moving in we've always had the same person to contact if we have a problem, and she is happy to communicate with us via email which we find much easier. Any issues are always resolved really quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MBM.
