Terrible Service – Stay Away!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are completely unresponsive—calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, if not longer. They don’t provide any updates on account balances, leaving customers in the dark about their financial progress. To make matters worse, their customer portal has been down for months, making it impossible to track anything. If you’re looking for a reliable debt resolution company, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
