My experience was less than desirable with MCA Debt Advisors. I read they have a lot of bad reviews and they aren’t wrong. My negotiator Kathryn could not lower the amount owed but did get terms. We had a signed contract but after 1 year of making payments they keep adding more payments that I owe. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for MCA Debt settlement. I have been trying to contact them for 2 months now and they keep saying someone from management will call me back. I haven’t heard a word. There fees are around $30,000 which seems crazy. I would have been better off with a different company.
