I am extremely disappointed with MCA Advisors. I had a debt of $31,000, and they promised to settle it for $21,000. I trusted them and paid the full amount upfront.
After almost a year, they informed me they couldn't settle my debt and instead negotiated a settlement for $32,000. I refused, and they claimed they incurred $5,000 in charges, offering me only $17,000 back. However, they sent me just $13,000, leaving $4,000 unreturned.
In total, I feel that MCA has taken $8,000 from me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
