Disappointed with the customer service they provide. After 20 years I’ve purchased from this company. And never had issues. Well at least I think so I needed a certain kind of vynal and 23 meters so ordered 25 . After my cut I’m 1 meter short for my job whitch then leaves me 3 meters in full short so after I called them to ask what can we do the answer I got sorry nothing because the suppliers rolls are machine fed at 25 meters . 😅 so I wonder how many people actually count they 25 meter rolls and over 20 years I dread to think how much you have gained . A little good will customer service would have been the answer. But you choose to lose a customer. 🤷🏼
