Terrible Experience with MDP – Disappointing Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience with MDP, and I feel compelled to share my story. I placed an order with them, and unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery. I reached out to their customer service team, and Chris, the manager, promised me that they would replace the item. However, when I followed up, Chris completely denied the replacement and acted like the mistake was my fault. Not only did they mess up my order, but the way Chris handled the situation was completely unprofessional. It's one thing to make an error, but it's another to refuse to make it right, especially after promising a replacement. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service, and I will not be doing business with MDP again. I would caution anyone considering MDP for their services—if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or offer a fair solution.
