I would not recommend MDP Supplies to anyone, i have been using them for a long time and have had an issue with the red Flex coming off garments after 1 wash. To be told today it is my own fault as i have not pressed it for long enough 12 secs is what they say which it would not stick using that time, i upped the time to 15 seconds and it stuck. Then i get told my pressure is not right it needs a higher pressure but Medium pressure is what they say to use. Now i am getting told i have over heated the items as they have not left any trace of the HTV when it peeled off. So we have gone from its a press time issue to a heat issue and now a pressure issue full of excuses. I have never had any problems with there items before now. I have told them i will never use them again to be told that's fine GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ERIN LANE AT MDP !!!!
