Very helpful staff when I called to place the order, I just wish the T bones resembled the nicely cut ones that are shown to draw you in. All 4 of mine had loads of fat at the end of the sirloin so by the time that was carved off it reduced the weight and sirloin considerably.
A shame because the pork chops were amazing but the steaks were a disappointment. At least with your local butcher you can see what your getting..
