Absolutely lovely meat. Best I’ve had for ages. Beer & treacle bacon is just great slices just right thickness as well very tender doesn’t dry out when cooking. I’m buying some for Xmas presents. Black pudding is 5* too, no chewy lumps of fat in it like the Scottish puddings. The sirloin steak was full of flavour and tender even when we’ll done. We are definitely buying our meat from here again can’t wait for next delivery.
