There was a delay in dispatch due to logistical matters but it arrived in time for the main event. Xmas day dinner. The master chef ( myself, modest as ever) exceeded his culinary best with the superb joint of meat. When cooked, after resting, it carved beautifully, the taste was sublime and the meat was succulent and tender. What’s more to say excellent piece of meat from meatbox cooked to perfection by myself .
