Our delivery which should have arrived on a Friday was delayed by the courier until Monday and returned unopened to Meatbox. To their credit, as soon as they became aware of the delay, apologised and without question offered either a refund or replacement. We opted for the latter which was delivered the following morning. To date we have used only the free-range chicken which I must say is one of the most tender and flavoursome I have eaten.
I can thoroughly recommend Meatbox to potential customers.
