Ordered three 8oz dry aged fillet steak on a Thursday, delivered on Friday, on Saturday I seasoned and sealed the steak before grilling to medium as this is how we like it. I am an 80 year old who has had a great number of steaks during my lifetime, but I have to say as far as I can recollect these are the finest steaks that I have eaten. Needless to say I will be having them again, as and when we can afford them.
Well worth the money.
