The meat is beautiful, tender and a great flavour. I am particularly impressed with the green bacon which is delicious, very lean and not too salty. I haven’t tried the treacle and ale bacon yet or the sausages. The chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in pancetta were excellent too.
