Item should have been delivered on the 23rd of December by DPD but never arrived. Got told it would be with us on the 24th of December, but never arrived. Ended up having to have chicken breast for Christmas Dinner...awesome. Then got told it would come on the 29th, never arrived as DPD said it was perishable.
Meatbox told me that they would refund me on this occassion and made it sound like they were doing me a favour. Hate to say, but as I never received what I ordered under the consumer rights act I was due a refund.
