I love the bacon chops, had one with mash, colliflower an parsley sauce, then another with egg, chips an tomatoes, lovely tender an soft, no need to add salt. First barnsley chop l have cooked, was a bit worried,but turned out beautiful in the oven, melted in mouth. Did not like pork an beef sausages, tasted garlicky, even though l like garlic l was just looking for a nice meaty flavour for a dinner with mash or a good old sausage sandwich, thanks, delivery was on time and meat well packed, very impressed.
