Placed an order early March for a selection of biltong to be delivered on the 28th March. When I didn’t receive the order on the 28th I did panic. I called and emailed but didn’t get an immediate response. I did eventually get a response to a call I made and was assured my package was on its way and would be delivered on that day. (I day late) There was no tracking number on my update which I think needs to be there to give reassurance that the package had actually been sent. All in all service could be better but quality of biltong was great.
