Didn’t receive items ordered, nor did I get contacted to establish how I’d like to proceed. I got extra of something I didn’t want. I raised a complaint with Delivita and have still not heard back
Also the lack of clarity about when the order would arrive, alongside the lack of transparency the order isn’t coming from Delivita means useful correspondence is dis-regarded.
