All arrived on time and as described. The fillet of beef for a Christmas day was spectacular, shame I had to cook it medium for the older family members, as it would have been even better rare. It really took the pressure off having a pre-cooked Boxing Day ham so our cold cuts platter was a dream! The fillet of pork was easy to prepare and once silver skin was off, the rest was just pure meat and held its shape beautifully. Meatbox, thank you for making Christmas and New Year so easy for me!
