All items were delivered on time and in good condition. All meat cooked up very well and tasted great. I did write in the comments box, when ordering, that I would like some hints or tips on how to get the best out of cooking up the Beef Rib and Gammon Ham, but got no help whatsoever of how to do it. If you're going to put a comments box please reply to anything written in it.
