Ordered 3 t bone 16 ounces steaks and 4 lamb shanks, got to say the freezing method needs working on as my steaks and shanks were defrosted about 80% of the way and they were delivered earlier than said could be possible wich was something like 2-3days of the top of my head so if they were later they would have to of been discarded as if they didn't have any chill left to them I wouldn't of kept let alone ate them, however the quality of the steaks themselves was fairly impressive one of the t bones wasn't a proper t bone and by this I mean the bone was cartilage past the t section not bone you could cut through it, and the corners of all 3 steaks had started going black I don't believe this to be due to defrosting in transit I belive this to be due to the cow and probably should of been trimmed of as I did before cooking, I think my opinion should matter to you folks because I eat between £150-300 of steak a month! I know my steak, but like I said for £13.95 or close there worth the money just a shame a little more care wasn't taken in prep and cutting of meat and shipping could just be my order but I find things arnt usual chance, just a note before I sign off, if the ice was placed better inside the package it probaly would of stayed frozen, I could of just got the lazy employee 😂, as the ice packs weren't located in a good place to keep meat frozen but again defrosted meat is defrosted meat and the customer ain to blame so well there it is
