My contact, Kristina, is very prompt with her monthly follow ups. She is genuinely concerned about how I'm doing, any changes with my meds, etc. I've had a couple of malfunctions with my machines, but they were promptly rectified. It gives me peace of mind, knowing what my vitals are everyday. Keep up the good work everyone!!
