I’ve been using your machine for many months now and each time you contact me I state that the machine came with the wrong battery cover so I have to tape or rubber band it to close- and that the reading clears so quickly that it’s challenging to make a note of the reading for my personal record. Every time the caller states they’ll act on my concerns and nothing ever changes.
