I'm only into day 4 of using Clockwork, but so far, it's been running like, well, clockwork ;)
Easy to use API, reliable delivery, simple to integrate and reasonably priced.
We're mainly using it for notifications out of Nagios and other monitoring systems, and it does the job perfectly.
