Terrible service.
I have had a support ticket open for over a week now - they initially tried to solve my issue but then ignored all my replies.
The SMS PLUGIN for BOOKING CALENDAR DOES not work correctly or in the correct timezone - so if you are anywhere other than GMT you can expect your SMS reminders to go out at stoopid o'clock like 2am 3am 4am ... they might not even go out at all! and the shortcode that grabs info from the booking cal sends incorrect information. it's rubbish.
