Very dissatisfied with my first experience. The scheduled date is less than 5 days away. I placed my order on December 12, 2024. I contacted the sales rep and they were very slow to respond to emails. Took 1-2 days to get back to me. Then they said it would be done in a few days. Now it's almost 2025 and it's still not done.
