I paid for my order on 13 July 2025. They asked me too many questions and asked me to provide test reports and prescription.
On 17 July someone called me and asked me more questions. She said someone will contact me soon. But nobody contacted me so I sent them an email.
On 21 July, I received an email stating “Your consultation was declined by the Prescriber following your telephone conversation on 17th July”
