I placed my order on a Sunday. On the following Thursday I was told that the item had been despatched and it did actually arrive that day . On the company website I had read that items were normally despatched promptly on receipt of order and that the standard mode of delivery was Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. There seems to be some conflict here!
