Ordered prescription canned dog food, received delivery within a few days. Opened the box and found that the cans had a different label, so I phoned the Medicine4pets to confirm that the cans were correct. Spoke to a lovely Lady (Lyndsey I think) she actually phoned Hills to find out if the cans I received were the prescription order I required. Apparently Hills had changed the label, so the food I received were ok. Nice to actually speak to someone who had the time to sort out the problem and not dismiss me and my enquiry. Will definitely use this Company again. Many many thanks
