Excellent customer service. Part of my order was out of stock and I was away so did not answer email. Initiative was used and the dog food was sent which I needed. Some companies would wait for the whole order to become available first but in this cause my dog food arrived just as I needed it. Refund given for the rest of the order. I will be using them again .
