Easy to use web site, prices very good, ordering easy and communication was excellent. I did have a problem with delivery, not the fault of medicines4pets but the delivery company. Having failed to get a response from the delivery company I emailed medicines4pets, got an immediate response with the query sorted out and the delivery happened within hours. Excellent customer service to top off excellent prices. Will definitely be using them again, and again
