I have been working with a pelvic physical therapist for a while and she gave me a sample and recommended these. They have made a huge difference!! I felt relaxation in my pelvic floor within 10 minutes and I have noticed a decrease in pain and that it is easier to have bowel movements (I do not have true constipation but difficulty eliminating due to muscle tension).
