A total lack of service, information regularly incorrect even after we had corrected it, they even found it difficult to understand that 2 properties with address of 25 and 25A were different properties they stated that they could not progress as they had the same address????
a 2 week period to prepare a pack is now 10 weeks in and we still cannot get an update on when the pack will be ready
